1 C. Red Clover Blossoms 1/4 C. Lemon Balm 2 T. Spearmint or Peppermint 6 cups water honey or fresh stevia leaves to sweeten Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add unsprayed dried herbs (add stevia leaves here if using). Remove from heat and steep for about 10-15 minutes. Add sweetner. May be consumed hot or as an iced tea.
